To output transparent videos in TouchDesigner you need to choose a video codec that supports alpha like: - Animation - HAP - HAP Q - HAP R

There are also output codecs for Notch and GoPro - GoPro - Cineform - NotchLC

Set movie pixel format to RGBA.
